Please apply online or visit the LGS Placement Center nearest you. Make sure to bring a recent state police background check and 2 forms of ID.

Online pay stubs and W2 info:

Call or come in to one of our conveniently located placement centers.
Be sure to check our schedule before you do, though. During dispatch and orientation hours, we will not be able to help you with these requests as we have to focus on getting people to their next assignment. Any other time during regular business hours is fine. The process only takes a few minutes.

Employment verification:

We are contracted through www.vaultverify.com for all employment verifications. First time users will need to set up an account through them. Please follow the instructions on their website. Be sure to include Company Code 41000.
