Employee Screening, Testing and Tracking

All employee applications are verified and tracked in our proprietary employee database. Job performance is monitored on each assignment taking much of the guesswork out of finding the right match for your needs. In addition, candidates are pre-screened for past performance characteristics that may cause poor job performance. Skills, reference, background and drug testing can all be conducted quickly and affordably, based on client need.

Employee Orientation and Training

Employees are given detailed descriptions of each assignment to ensure they know what is expected of them: job description, conditions, safety equipment, skill requirements, scheduling, training and any other information provided to us by the client. When available, employees are given a copy of the company’s employee manual containing rules, policies and safety requirements. If an employer has a special employee training or education need, LGS Staffing can accommodate it.
