Employee Safety

All employees are required to participate in a safety training program in our office prior to any assignment. In the event additional skills or safety training is required for a particular job, we have occupational and safety training manuals available in our office for use by all employees. Our safety manuals were developed specifically for LGS Staffing by our insurance provider. Additionally, we have an “Early Return to Work Program” aimed at helping employees get back to work as fast as possible in the event of a work related injury.

LGS Staffing offers clients the detail and flexibility they need with specialized invoicing and payroll options. Using our fully-integrated software system, we can create custom invoices which are useful when analyzing labor costs for specific jobs. And, in most cases, we can adapt our payroll cycle to match your needs.

Following a careful review of every invoice, we send it to you along with a signed copy of the time sheets. If you have questions or concerns, our promise is that the person who answers the phone will be able to help you immediately and you will not have to wait for a response.
