The LGS Story

Staffing industry veterans Matt Ricksgers and Jerry Ainsworth founded LGS Staffing in 1999, starting with a single office serving the Atlanta community. Since that time, we’ve greatly expanded our scope and reach. Today, our firm provides comprehensive contingent workforce solutions, payroll services, disaster recovery support services, and Vendor Management (VMS) throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
