Please apply online or visit the LGS Location nearest you. Make sure to bring a state police background check and 2 forms of ID.

Employment verifications:

All requests must be faxed to 770.234.0838. Turnaround times are approximately 2 to 3 business days.

For faster service in verifying employment:

Employees who already have access to the LGS employee Web Center can simply log in and print your latest pay stub. If you do not already have a login for this, please request one using the form below. Turnaround time for this is approximately 1 to 2 business days.
